Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days of order placement. If you need your order shipped, like, TODAY, just send us an email after placing your order and we'll do whatever we can to get your must-have items out the door as quickly as possible!
All orders, big or small, ship for a flat rate of $5. If your order exceeds $75, we'll ship your order for free!

RETURNS | EXCHANGES
We are happy to exchange or offer a refund on most items. However, because we are a small business and carry limited quantities of our products, we can't guarantee we will have your specific item, style or size available for exchange.
We will do whatever we can to exchange or return your item if it meets the guidelines and restrictions below:
- Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
- All apparel and accessories must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in original selling condition with original tags attached.
- We reserve the right to deny refunds for items sent back that do not meet these requirements.
- Shipping fees will not be refunded. You are responsible for all return and/or exchange shipping fees. If requesting an exchange, we will invoice you for the additional shipping fee prior to shipment.
- Returns and exchanges are processed Monday through Friday.
- Email us at email@example.com to notify us of your return or exchange. Please include: NAME, ORDER NUMBER, ITEM(S) BEING RETURNED, REASON FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE, and REPLACEMENT ITEM REQUESTED (if applicable).

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
FINAL SALE ITEMS: "Steals 'n Deals" items are final sale. Returns/exchanges are not accepted on these items.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: If you receive an item that is defective, we must receive email notification at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of shipment arrival. The defective item must meet all return/exchange guidelines. We will gladly replace the item or offer a full refund if the item meets all requirements.
PRIVACY AND SECURITY
When checking out with a credit card on our site, your card information is completely safe and secure. While our processing company will collect your account and credit card information in order for us to process and ship your order, we respect your privacy and will never sell your information to other companies or third parties or misuse the information in any way.
By signing up for our email list, you will receive notification of studio events, new merchandise or sales. You can remove your name and email from our mailing list at any time. Be confident we will never share or sell your email address to other companies or third parties and fully respect the privacy of your email account.
